Our Anger Management Counseling Services are designed to meet the needs of all individuals who have experienced consequences, losses and life struggles as a result of their anger. Such problems may include legal issues, relationship difficulty, job problems, family stress, or even medical problems such as high blood pressure, anxiety or chronic headaches . It’s normal for all of us to become angry at one time or another. However, our therapy approach emphasizes that we have a choice about how to respond when we become angry.
With a supportive, non-judging counselor, individuals will work on how to remain non-violent when angry, how to recognize their warning signs of anger and stress, and how to resolve problems and communicate clearly and respectfully. The goal is for each client to feel comfortable naturally using the skills from counseling to develop and maintain respectful and successful healthy relationships.
Anger Management Evaluations are also available Monday-Friday.
