Behavior Management

Behavior Management Therapy is structured to meet the needs of your child and your family. We will work together with you to address your child’s challenging behaviors, while providing a supportive opportunity for you to process the daily struggles and successes you encounter along the way.

Together, we will work to create ways to help your child organize their expressions of worry, frustration, sadness, and even joy and happiness, appropriately. Behavioral therapy may be used to increase or decrease any behavior. By first identifying the function underlying your child’s behavior, and then implementing realistic behavior plans to modify or replace these negative behaviors with positive ones. We believe that it is important to collaborate closely with all the key players in your child’s life, including school staff, daycare providers, pediatricians, psychiatrists, and all other therapists who are a part of your child’s treatment team.

Our staff is ready to help you on this journey by providing extensive parent coaching and as much support as you need to help your family achieve a successful outcome and a peacful homelife.
