Adam Russo and Tom Carroll will speak to the importance of why self-care matters, your mental health, and how perception and life experiences influence daily activities and stress.
From 3:30-5:00PM, the topics highlighted in their presentation include employee top stressors, stress index, methods to deal with daily stress including breath work, meditation and yoga. We will then break into a yoga exercise demonstration to put what we’ve just learned into practice.
Please note that the yoga portion will be easy and accessible to everyone. Chair yoga options will be presented as well. Yoga mats will be provided, however attendees are more than welcome to bring their own. Comfortable clothing may be worn.
