Holly is a Licensed Professional Counselor in the state of Illinois. Holly received her Bachelor Degree in Psychology from Southern Illinois University Edwardsville and her Master’s Degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Valparaiso University.
Holly has experience in working with adults going through all stages of life. She works with individuals and families, as well as does parent training. She is comfortable working with all ages and her expertise is helping people manage anxiety, ADHD, and life transitions. Holly uses strength-based approaches through behavioral and client-centered therapy. Holly’s philosophy includes using positive psychology approaches to help empower her clients to be their authentic selves and this their lives to the fullest.
Holly has experience working with children, teens, and adults with Autism and chromosomal disorders. Holly has a background in ABA and behavioral therapies. She has worked in many systems including schools, community social services providers, and private practice. Holly enjoys working with children of all developmental levels and their families in order help them reach their full potential as a family unit, whoever that unit may include.
