Dr. Kristin Clifford is a Licensed Clinical Psychologist in Illinois who has been working professionally in the mental health field since 2008. She graduated from the Adler School of Professional Psychology with her doctorate in clinical psychology. Her training and clinical experience is varied and includes providing biofeedback and meditation at Northwestern University’s Stress Management clinic, providing therapy and psychological assessment in community mental health centers, college counseling centers, and private practices.
Dr. Clifford completed neuropsychological assessment training and has specific interests in evaluating and diagnosing ADHD, autism, dementia, depression/anxiety, mood disorders, neurocognitive disorders, mood disorders, and personality disorders. She has lived and worked in the United Kingdom and the Cayman Islands where she provided counseling and outreach at domestic violence shelters, which inspired her research and dissertation topic. Her career has been focused on providing support to survivors of trauma. Dr. Clifford conducts comprehensive diagnostic assessments, focusing on each person as an individual to provide detailed feedback while focusing on a person’s strengths. Dr. Clifford is available for neuropsychological testing, pre-surgical batteries, psychological assessments, and collaborative individual therapy services.
