Tony is a Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor in the State of Illinois. He earned his Master’s degree in Forensic Psychology from The Chicago School of Professional Psychology and his Bachelor’s degree in Psychology from Bradley University.
Tony has been working in the field of psychology since 2003 in community mental health, residential and various forensic settings. He has experience working with clients from adolescence to older adulthood, including individuals, couples and families.
Tony takes an integrative approach to his therapy; using a variety of techniques such as Acceptance & Commitment Therapy, Mindfulness, Motivational Interviewing, Cognitive Behavior Therapy, Client-Centered Therapy and Solution-Focused Therapy. He believes as people present to therapy for a wide range of issues, it is best to tailor his approach to find the best fit for his clients. Tony has experience helping clients with anxiety, stress, anger, mood disorders, depressive disorders and interpersonal relationship difficulties. He takes a non-judgmental approach to help foster a safe and welcoming therapeutic atmosphere, to help his clients work toward reaching their full potential.
