Employee Assistance Programs:

Employee Assistance Programs, or EAPs, are designed to offer consultation, counseling assessments and brief focused therapy, often at no charge to the individual for anywhere between 2-10 sessions. Problem-solving and solution-focused tools are applied with a focus of supporting the client’s readiness to change. Many people complete their EAP sessions without seeking additional counseling services. For others it is recommended and appropriate that they continue in ongoing counseling which can be then be submitted to your primary medical/behavioral health managed care insurance. Employee Assistance Programs usually offer authorized sessions for all members of the employees household. If we are not currently enrolled as a provider in your EAP network, there is usually a rather simple process to secure in-network status. Please contact our intake coordinator at 630-428-7890 or  for additional information or guidance with understanding and utilizing your EAP benefits.

 

Flex Spending Accounts:

Edgewood is now able to accept your Flex Spending and/or Health Savings Account Credit Cards directly in each of our office locations. By now using your Flex Cards at the time of service you are able to eliminate paying upfront out of pocket and waiting for reimbursement for your medical expenses.

 

We realize that financial concerns can create additional stress for families when they are seeking counseling services. Edgewood Clinical Services makes every effort to assist families in overcoming this obstacle. Edgewood may be able to adjust fees based on your financial need.
